Important Information
  • The Jackson Township Board of Trustees Regular Business Meeting is held each month on the First Monday at 7:00 P.M.  Work Sessions will be held each month on the Third Monday (beginning in April 2025) at 7:00 P.M.  All meetings are held at the Jackson Township Community Center located at 3263 U.S. Route 50, Williamsburg, OH 45176. In the event the meeting date is a holiday, the meeting will be moved to the following day (Tuesday) at 7:00 P.M.
  • The Zoning Commission regular meetings are typically held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.  These meetings may be cancelled if there is no business to be discussed.   All meetings will be posted on the Jackson Township Calendar as scheduled.   All meetings are held at the Jackson Township Community Center located at  3263 U.S. Route 50, Williamsburg, OH 45176.
  • Notices for all meeting changes, special meetings, and emergency meetings will be posted on the township calendar found here and on the exterior bulletin board adjacent to Door #3 of the Community Center in accordance with the Ohio Open Meetings Act. ​

Township Trustees Meeting Info
Regular Business Meetings are the 1st  Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. 
In the event the 1st Monday is a holiday, the meeting will be held the following business day at the regularly stated time unless otherwise posted.
Work Sessions: are the 3rd  Monday of each month at 7:00 pm.
