Community Center Rental Information
Located at 3263 U.S. Route 50 in Jackson Township, the Community Center is available for rent when not in use
for official township meetings and events. The "comfortable" capacity is 100 or less.

*IMPORTANT* All Township Properties are ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE.
If you wish to have alcohol at your event, this is not the event space for you. Anyone violating the alcohol/drug policy will forfeit your deposit and rental fee and be
restricted from renting any township facility in the future.

Dates are filled on a first come, first served basis and are not reserved until the signed contract and deposit
are received and approved by the Rental Coordinator or Administrator.

New Rates and Times for 2025 Rentals:
(these rates/times will apply to all 2025 rentals scheduled on or after 12-3-2024)
CLEANING & DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
$100.00. Refundable if Center is left clean and undamaged.
RENTAL FEES: RESIDENT OF JACKSON TOWNSHIP:
½ Day Rate: $200 – AM (9am – 3pm) – PM (4pm – 10 pm)
Full Day Rate: $350 (9am – 10pm)
Weeknight meeting type event only (no food permitted) $100 (5pm-9pm)
Weeknight event with food $150 (5pm-9pm)
RENTAL FEES: NON-RESIDENT OF JACKSON TOWNSHIP:
½ Day Rate: $250 – AM (9am – 3pm) – PM (4pm – 10 pm)
Full Day Rate: $400 (9am – 10pm)
Weeknight meeting type event only (no food permitted) $150 (Mon-Thur 5pm-9pm)
Weeknight event with food $200 (Mon-Thur 5pm-9pm)
*For-Profit events must be approved by the Jackson Township Trustees at least 30 days in advance.
This includes any event that will charge admission or offer goods or services for purchase.
**All requests for fee waivers are at the discretion of the Jackson Township Trustees. Please present these requests
at least 30 days in advance of your event (there is an exception of time restrictions for bereavement events).
Included in all rentals: Twelve 6ft folding tables and 96 steel folding chairs as well as the large conference table
Please note: the conference table is stationary, it cannot be moved but makes the perfect buffet table.
All deposits and rental fees are payable in advance.
All Rental Time Slots include your set-up and clean-up time, please plan accordingly.

Your rental fee includes the use of a kitchenette that contains a refrigerator, microwave, and a full size sink.
