Community Center Rental Information
Located at 3263 U.S. Route 50 in Jackson Township, the Community Center is available for rent when not in use for official township meetings and events.
* The space offers comfortable seating with tables for about 72, or lecture/presentation style seating (without tables) of 96

Dates are filled on a first come, first served basis and are not reserved until the signed contract and deposit
are received and approved by Jackson Township.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
$100.00
Required along with a completed contract to secure your reservation
Deposit is refundable if Center is left clean and undamaged and regulations are followed.
RENTAL FEES: RESIDENT OF JACKSON TOWNSHIP:
½ Day Rate: $200 – AM (9am – 3pm) or PM (4pm – 10 pm)
Full Day Rate: $350 (9am – 10pm)
Weeknight meeting / event (without food) $100 (4pm-9pm)
Weeknight meeting / event with food $150 (4pm-9pm)
RENTAL FEES: NON-RESIDENT OF JACKSON TOWNSHIP:
½ Day Rate: $250 - AM (9am – 3pm) or PM (4pm – 10 pm)
Full Day Rate: $400 (9am – 10pm)
Weeknight meeting /event (without food) $150 (Mon-Fri 4pm-9pm)
Weeknight meeting / event with food $200 (Mon-Fri 4pm-9pm)
All Rental times shown above include your set-up and clean-up time, please plan accordingly.

*IMPORTANT*
All Township Properties are ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE.
If you wish to have alcohol at your event, this is not the event space for you.
Anyone violating the alcohol/drug policy will forfeit your deposit and rental fee and be
restricted from renting any township facility in the future.
*Township Resident Bereavement, Civic / Non-Profit Group forms are available at the Township Office or via email

*For-Profit events must be approved by the Jackson Township Trustees at least 30 days in advance.
This includes any event that will charge admission or offer goods or services for purchase.
**All requests for fee waivers are at the discretion of the Jackson Township Trustees. Please present these requests
at least 30 days in advance of your event (there is an exception of time restrictions for bereavement events).
Included in all rentals:
A kitchenette that contains a refrigerator, microwave, and a full size sink. There is NO STOVE. No cooking is permitted in the building.
We also provide twelve 6ft folding tables, 96 steel folding chairs, a large conference table and smart TV (no broadcast services) for presentations or slideshows.
Please note: The township office may be staffed during your event. We will do our best not to disturb you during your event.
Also Note: the conference table is stationary, it cannot be moved but makes the perfect buffet table.

For the safety and security of our visitors, employees, and property, this facility is monitored by video surveillance cameras.
Activity in and around this building may be recorded and retained in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
By entering these premises, you acknowledge that you may be subject to video monitoring.
Tampering with, damaging, or obstructing security cameras or related equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action and/or prosecution under applicable law.
