The Jackson Township Fire/Rescue Department is always looking for residents that may want to volunteer their time to the community. We offer both cadet and senior firefighters training programs.
The cadet program is designed for volunteers from the minimum age of 14 years old but younger than 18 years old.
Not only do Cadet gain the skills and knowledge of firefighting but are involved with an organization that builds self esteem and confidence while helping others in our community.
Senior firefighters are volunteers over 18 years of age, and have completed the necessary state required certification.
