Jackson Township Board of Trustees Public Notice
The Jackson Township Board of Trustees shall sell through online auction accounts, from time to time, township personal property which may include, but not limited to, motor vehicles, road machinery, equipment, tools, or supplies that is not needed for public use, is obsolete, or is unfit for the use for which it was acquired.
Notice of any such sale shall be posted on the bulletin board located next to Door #3 of the community center at 3263 U.S. Route 50 and on its website: www.jacksontwpclermontoh.gov
The Board may, at its discretion, also publish information of any announced auction on other internet sites on in publications of the Trustees choosing.
This Notice is provided in accordance with ORC 505.10 – Acceptance and disposition of property
